1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

2. SHIPPING TIME

Estimated delivery time is 4 to 10 business days from the date of shipment.

Delivery times may vary depending on:

  • Your location

  • Shipping carrier performance

  • Customs clearance (if applicable)

  • Unforeseen delays outside our control

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

3. SHIPPING RATES

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will be displayed before you complete your purchase. Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

5. SHIPPING DELAYS

Imperial 10 is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Customs processing

  • Weather conditions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

6. LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Imperial 10 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly. You may also contact us and we will assist where possible.

7. INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. If an order is returned due to incorrect or incomplete address information, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.

8. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Imperial 10 is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
